It was a soft patty of bread and cheese sitting atop the steak. Therefore the steak didn't appear to have any sear on the surfaces at all. It was also overcooked.

I ordered medium rare and it was cooked to a light pink throughout. The charred cauliflower was not prepared as described at all. There was nothing charred about it. It was steamed cauliflower with a few almonds sprinkled on top.
