Awful, awful , awful!!! The service was excellent. The glass of Spanish rioja was lovely. While the food I had was very good, overall it did not live up to the descriptions on the menu, with the exception of the harvest salad.
I had the filet described as flavored with truffle oil, parmesan and crispy panko. While the truffle flavoring was rich and good, there was nothing crisp about it. I ordered medium rare and it was cooked to a light pink throughout. The charred cauliflower was not prepared as described at all. There was nothing charred about it. It was steamed cauliflower with a few almonds sprinkled on top.

The food was absolutely delicious. Where was the lobster Ruth!?! My server, bright - energetic - courteous - kind, had one flaw.
He insisted on filling my soda glass to the top with ice. Two sips and I was empty awaiting him to tell me he would be happy to get a refill. If Steak n Shake can keep my glass full so should a Ruth Chris!!
